Business rights.
Human autonomy.
Always distinct.
A future way for consenting professionals to explore financing through a bounded share of defined business revenues. The person and their labour are never the asset.
Future concept — not available, no financial services providedExplore the working B2B demoOne person.
Distinct rights.
The founder’s future Human Business model is envisaged as a CTZ NFT: a persona identity anchor linked to a separate, voluntary contractual income-right pool. Only defined economic participation could be fractionalised — never the person or their identity.
- 01 / IDENTITY ANCHOR
CTZ persona
One verified identity anchor is the future design goal, represented by an NFT concept.
No live verification or CTZ issuance in this preview. - 02 / OPT-IN CONTRACT
Defined income-right pool
A separate agreed contract defines eligible revenue sources, term and cap. Identity alone creates no economic right.
Example: contracts A–C, 12 months, a 5% participation cap. - 03 / LINKED INTERESTS
1,000,000 parts?
Up to 1,000,000 tiny economic interests is a hypothetical illustration of granularity, not an actual token standard or supply.
Parts refer to the defined pool, not to the whole business or person. - 04 / FUTURE RECORDS
Evidence to distribution
A future compliant system could track eligible revenue, supporting evidence and distributions under the contract.
No revenue recorded, distribution executed or return promised.
The person retains autonomy. Any membership and one-person-one-vote governance must remain independent of economic holdings; acquiring parts must never transfer personal identity, consent or voting entitlement.
Common NFT standards do not natively divide the original unique NFT into fractional interests. This model would need a separate linked rights representation or registry, on-chain or off-chain; no standard or implementation is selected.
Source documents disagree: one 2026 CTZ description separates CTZ from cooperative membership and permits scheme-specific termination or transfer; a 24 February 2026 conditional draft describes an identity-bound membership/voting credential. That draft is not effective unless CVR and general assembly approval conditions are met. Neither model is asserted as an adopted rule here. Root-NFT transferability and the final identity/membership relationship remain unresolved.
Future model only: no token sale, live issuance, constituted rights or regulated investment available. CTZ is not a payment feature; possible JOYY/fiat conversion is a separate future Exchange concept.
A defined slice of revenue.
Not a slice of a person.
Imagine a consenting independent professional business with a designated set of consulting contracts. A legally constituted agreement might define a right to a limited portion of revenues from only those contracts for a bounded period.
Participants would acquire a share of that defined contractual revenue right — not the person, their labour, their company as a whole or a promise of future work. This is a revenue-rights fractionalisation analogy, not an issued asset or active investment product.
- Revenue scope
- Designated consulting contracts A–C only
- Defined portion
- 5% of revenues within that scope
- Bounded period
- 12 months within a defined contractual window
- Excluded
- Other revenue, personal ownership and future work obligations
- Legal status
- No rights constituted or offered in this preview
The 5% and 12 months are invented illustrative terms, not pricing, a forecast, recommended economics, an expected return or a buyable instrument.
The professional stays autonomous.
Participation must be voluntary, with explicit consent, defined limits and legally enforceable, verifiable rights. No ownership of humans, control of personal decisions or obligation to perform future labour.
No guarantee of revenue or return: defined revenues may be absent, and contractual or counterparty risks would need assessment. No actual person, business or financial offering is represented.
Clear boundaries.
No blended promises.
Project crowdfunding relates to a campaign and its milestones. Human Business relates to narrowly specified contractual business-revenue rights. JOYY/fiat exchange relates to possible future settlement conversion.
No persona-rights marketplace or trading is available. Any future transferability would require a separate legal assessment; no liquidity or secondary market is promised.
Permission is a prerequisite.
Not a footnote.
